The basket

To do your shopping Ke's offers you a cart you will always find at the top right of the site Ke's. It shows the number of items you have already selected. For details click on it.

To put an item in your shopping cart simply click on the "Add to Cart" that you will always find at the level of each ad. Shortly after adding an article appears your cart with all its contents. Vous pouvez alors continuer vos achats ou terminer votre commande. You can then continue shopping or order is completed.

If you are not yet included among our subscribers your basket is "temporary", that is to say that it keeps your selected objects only as long as you stay on our site, it allows you to make a simulation command even when you are not registered.

The account

Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, you simply click on the "Order" to begin finalizing the order.

The login window appears with your account, if you do not have an account with us you can directly access the account creation continuing in the "I am a new customer" of the site. All information for the creation of a new account will be listed.

Log into your account using your user name and password in the "Customer personal space".

Information Delivery

On this page check the delivery address to which your command must be sent, and then choose from the list available method expépédition you want.

You have a personal space to add comments about your order (optional).

Payment information

Now check your billing address.

Select your preferred method of payment, Ke's accepts payment by cheque and the payment using the secure Paypal. If you have a Paypal account already there are no worries, your personal Paypal will be requested at the time of payment. If you do not yet have a Paypal account, you can create one at the time of payment.

Read the general sales conditions of Ke's then check the box "I have read and accepted the Terms of sale.".

Last step: the order confirmation

This page displays a summary of all your order, check the information (shipping address, billing list of your purchases, total, and so on.). If you chose the method of payment by check information such as the order to indicate on the check and the address to which to send are indicated.

All you have to do that to click on the "Confirm Order".

And after ?

After confirmation of your order we send you an e-mail (email) summary of the latter, check if there are any errors contact us immediately by clicking here.

If you choose to pay by cheque, you can send a dè present at the order and address listed on the summary that you received by email.

If you like Paypal payment system you die paid your order, you will receive a new email you confirming your order is now already being processed by our services.
